Over the past three years, we’ve adjusted in the insurance and business worlds to a “new” normal post-COVID where more than ever our teams are spread out, we meet with customers and partners virtually, we often spend the days dressed business casual on the top and comfy casual on the bottom, and we turn our cameras off to get work done while half listening to a presenter on the screen.
